JustRestart

| Use of JustRestartThe administrator issues an invoice in the personal name of the debt mediator on each anniversary of the declaration of admissibility. This means the debt mediator does not yet pay a retribution at the start of the collective debt settlement, when there are no funds on the mediation account yet and it would be too early to charge one. The invoice, exempt from VAT, must be paid within 30 days. Its amount is indivisible and due in full, regardless of how long the register is actually used.In the treatment of costs, the retribution is an administrative cost that the debt mediator includes each year in the statement of costs submitted to the court for approval. After taxation, these costs are reimbursed to the debt mediator from the mediation account if there are sufficient funds, or through a request for intervention with FOD Economie if there are not. | 75 EURper year |

Short answers to the questions we are asked most about our prices.
Are the prices including VAT?
No. All prices in the price list exclude VAT and have applied since 1 January 2026.
Do I pay for filings in legal aid (BJB) files?
No. Filings through DPA-Deposit in legal aid (BJB) files cost €0,00. Replying to or sending a new message through DPA-Jbox costs €6,00, also for BJB files.
Does the price of a filing depend on the number of documents or recipients?
No. A filing is charged once, whatever the number of documents, pages or recipients. For postal deliveries, a surcharge can apply per recipient (for example for registered mail, weight or colour). You see the detailed price in the overview before you file.
Is receiving judgments through DPA-Jbox free?
Yes. Receiving messages, such as copies of judgments from the court registry, is free.
What does the Lawyer Card cost?
Since 1 September 2026, a Lawyer Card costs €30.
Why are the RegSol and JustRestart fees different?
The amounts for RegSol and JustRestart are retributions set by royal decree, not DPA rates. The RegSol retributions are indexed every year on 1 January. For JustRestart, the debt mediator receives an invoice of €75 per file per year.
