DPA-BJB
Second-line legal aid, handled digitally. Register with your Legal Aid Office (BJB). Then search, create, manage and close your legal aid cases online. All communication about a case stays in the case itself.
What is the BJB module?
The BJB module is where all second-line legal aid cases are processed. Lawyers also register for second-line legal aid through the module. Once the Legal Aid Office has approved the request, you search for, create, manage and close cases in the module. All communication with the Legal Aid Office about a case takes place in the case itself.
Every step in a case is shown with its status, and the dashboard gives you an overview. The module also contains the Law on Legal Aid and its implementing decrees, the Compendium of Second-line Legal Aid and other useful documents.
