National Register (RR) Look up identity and address data of natural persons. Filters give you precise results in two steps: search, then report.

What it is

What is DPA-Authentic Sources?

DPA-Authentic Sources is the register application of the DPA platform. It gives lawyers direct access to authentic data sources from the government, the bailiffs and the notaries. These sources are reserved for professionals with a legitimate reason to consult them.

Every source works in two steps: the search and the report. The more precise your filters, the more accurate the result. Each transaction is logged, so you have a detailed overview for billing and reporting. You can download reports and archive them in the case file.

You log in with eID or itsme® as a registered lawyer. With a mandate, your staff can run searches on your behalf.

Getting started

Up and running in three steps

  1. Log in with eID or itsme®

    Every DPA user logs in through CSAM with the Belgian eID or itsme®. Your national register (or BIS) number must be registered with your bar.

  2. Search with precise filters

    Pick the register, enter what you know and narrow down with filters. The more precise the search, the better the result.

  3. Download the report

    Generate the report, download it for the case file and find every transaction in your overview for billing.

Who can use DPA-Authentic Sources?

Active lawyers registered with a Belgian bar, and staff they have mandated. You must have a legitimate reason, linked to your capacity as a lawyer, for every search.

How is a search billed?

Every transaction is logged in your overview. You find the rates per search and per report on our pricing page.

Can I add the reports to the case file?

Yes. Reports come straight from the authentic source. You can download them and archive them in the case file.

Can my assistant run searches for me?

Yes, once you have given them a mandate in the DPA settings. Mandated staff log in with their own eID or itsme®.

Are company credit reports still available?

GraydonCreditsafe reports are no longer offered through DPA-Authentic Sources.
